Dorian is an Artist and Transformational Practitioner. Her work takes a somatic approach that supports individuals to integrate disowned power and rewire their nervous systems so they may expand their capacity for love, self-trust, and leadership.
She is currently expanding her training in Psycho Neuro-Energetics under apprenticeship with Judith Johnson, a colleague and sponsor of Dr. Peter Levine, and Advanced Somatic Trauma Resolution from the Institute of Transformational Arts.
Other credentials of hers include Trauma Informed Plant Medicine Facilitation Training, Elementum Coaching Institute, KRI Kundalini Yoga Training, Shamanic Rose Healing, Nervous System studies in SBSM with Irene Lyon, and studies with other highly regarded curanderos, elders, and facilitators. She travels globally to expand her studies of earth-based spirituality with indigenous wisdom keepers.Dorian is devoted to embodiment, integration, and integrity. Her goal is not just to help improve people's external lives, but to help them build internal landscapes of resilience and compassion. My Story
My journey to this work was catalyzed by a search for purpose and healing after finding myself in a dark place with a depression diagnosis, chronic health problems, and a binge drinking habit. After a spiritual awakening, I gained a new vantage point that propelled me forward.
The years that followed took me deep into breath and mantra through my studies of Yoga, into the heart of the Amazon studying under indigenous curanderos, and into the emotional layers of my own body through studies in trauma, shamanism and the nervous system. Through this exploration, I re-awakened my life force, rediscovered my Art, and attracted beautiful soul kin into my life. I have now been alcohol free for 7 years. I am continuously learning and imperfect, yet devoted the path of truth.
It is my deepest joy to be a companion for others on the journey within. True transformation can happen when we can look our own shadows in the eye and say, 'I love you anyways'. I hope to serve as one link in the chain as we all walk each other home.
I don’t believe we need “healing". I believe we only need to strip the veil from our vision that keeps us from remembering who we already are. The commitment to show up for this work is a big deal. Not only will it shift you, but the generations to come after you. With Love, Dorian
