Become a clearer vessel for what wants to move through you.
Nervous System pattern breaking for the neurodiverse, the pleasers, the achievers,
and the highly self aware.
What You Receive Coaching with me:
After our first session together, you will receive access to a library of resources designed to support the work we’re doing together. The Client Portal contains videos about the modalities we will use, how to get the most out of our sessions, recorded embodiment exercises with prescribed protocols, and regulation practices. Retraining our nervous system takes more than just one to one sessions, it is a lifestyle practice. The content in the portal is designed to support you to make these changes.

90 Minute Mapping Session
In our first session, we’ll create a map for our work together. We’ll explore your intentions, dominant nervous system patterns, the areas of your life where you’re ready to expand your capacity, and the desires you’re moving toward.
While somatic work often begins with what is arising in the body moment to moment, having a clear direction allows us to connect that deeper work to the life you’re actually wanting to create.
Together, we’ll build a personalized roadmap for your embodied transformation, one we can continue to return to and evolve throughout our work together.
Weekly 1:1 Zoom Calls (Parts + Somatic Work)
Our weekly sessions will focus on expanding your nervous system’s capacity to move toward what you consciously know you want, but your unconscious patterns keep steering you away from. The length of our work together will vary depending on your goals, and the level of support that you choose.
Through Somatic Work + Parts Work, we work directly with the nervous system and unconscious, bringing awareness to the patterns beneath the surface and building the capacity to choose differently.
Our results may look like: having more access to vitality, deeper trust in yourself to make decisions so you stop outsourcing your authority, more access to your inner knowing so you stop stop gaslighting yourself, learning to move from coherence instead of burnout, and becoming a vessel for creation to move through you.

The Science
Somatic practices that train interoception, breath, and mindful movement are linked to measurable neuroplastic changes—including increased gray-matter density/thickness (e.g., insula, somatosensory cortex), enhanced white-matter integrity near self-regulation hubs (ACC), stronger insula-centered connectivity, and neurochemical shifts (elevated GABA). These effects have been observed after as little as 8 weeks of structured training.

Experiencing Dorian is truly life changing. I’ve had multiple somatic sessions…each one felt like a whole portal to strenghtening my inner marriage of body, soul, and spirit through meeting the hidden precious jewels of my psyche that I simply could not reach on my own after years of dedicated inner work… i’ts been hard for me to find practioners that can truly “meet me”… Dorian is one such pracitioner!

""I got the pleasure to work with Dorian 1:1...Holding space for me while I dove deep into one of the most vivid journeys where I got to see and talk to one of the darkest part of myself (shadow self), got to hear her and made peace with her, this allowed me to acknowledge and welcome an aspect of myself that I usually deemed ugly or unwanted... It was a really safe space for me to feel into my body…I’m super grateful for this experience,I would recommend Dorian…whoever gets to work with her is truly blessed.”

To feel seen, is to feel safe. Nothing can ring more true than my time spent with Dorian learning from her somatic work. Listen, coming from a dude...all men should embrace Dorian's work. It will help you tremendously to redirect feelings you get that aren't helpful to you. Her body-scanning and guidance will build up tolerances for emotions that result in an increased emotional intelligence. I personally have found more awareness of my feelings than I have in the past when I get anxiety or stress.

Somatic Trauma Resolution is an approach to personal growth that works with the conscious mind, subconscious mind and the nervous system. Rather than only intellectually understanding why you have a particular pattern, we work with your body’s unconscious survival system to release stored survival energy, and build capacity to respond to life in a new way.
You may intellectually know that it’s okay to say no, take up space, or express your true emotions, but still find yourself avoiding, panicking, freezing, numbing, people pleasing, or second guessing yourself in the moment. Somatic work helps bridge the gap between what you consciously know you need to change and your capacity to actually embody those changes. Over time, somatic work builds new neural pathways and increases your capacity to access deeper states of coherence, vitality, creativity, trust in life, to become more centered and grounded under stress.

With Somatic Work, we start by building a mind–body connection (what we call interoception). This allows us to tune into sensations and discover where old imprints are still shaping how our nervous system reacts today. For example, if someone feels a tightness in their chest about a current situation, we might connect that sensation to a past experience. Rather than getting stuck in the story of the past, we learn to witness and allow the body to complete the emotional or physical release. This de-charges repressed emotion and frees up energy that had been locked away. In addition to release work, somatic regulation practices help us build a sense of inner safety. As the nervous system regains safety, we naturally build the capacity to break old patterns and make new, empowered choices.
Parts Work is an approach that views the mind as made up of different “parts” or sub-personalities, each with its own perspective, needs, and strategies for keeping us safe. By connecting with these parts — for example, an inner child or an inner critic— we can uncover the hidden beliefs and defenses that drive our nervous system’s patterns. Through compassionate dialogue, we shift from being at the mercy of these reactions to becoming a mindful observer of them. Over time, this practice strengthens our relationship with an inner adult or “higher self”, allowing us to respond from the will our present-day awareness rather than old programming. This is also what someone may call “shadow integration.” You can read more here. -

If you’ve spent years in personal development or spiritual work, you’re likely highly self aware. The somatic work is often the missing piece for highly self aware people who already understand their patterns but still find themselves repeating them.
You can understand your people pleasing and still automatically say yes. You can know exactly what you want and suddenly lose access to that clarity when it’s time to act. This is because true transformation is not about mental understanding. Real transformation must happen in the level of the unconscious. Somatic work supports us to do this.

Everyone's process is different, so I don't promise a specific outcome. I’m not here to sell you a formula to 10x your income or guarantee a particular external result. This is soul work. We’re working at the level of who you are beneath your external identity and survival adaptations, so the impact of this work has the potential to ripple into every area of your life…if you are willing to show up and commit.
Some capacities we may work toward include: deeper confidence in communicating and recognizing your boundaries, tolerating disagreement or disappointment, making decisions with less rumination, staying connected to yourself under pressure, recovering from activation more readily, accessing more willpower, desire, building a sense of connection to your spiritual self, and alignment with the purpose of your North Star.

Therapy and coaching can overlap in some of the content they explore, but they are different services. Coaching is not a replacement for psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis services, or other licensed professional care. If I believe you are out of my scope, I will tell you and direct you to other trusted resources.
Many people who have done therapy feel they have “told their story” enough find this work to be satisfying due to its tangible solution and practice-based nature. As your practitioner I am committed to moving us toward something new happening when we are stuck in a story so you feel the transformation. I do not serve those in active addiction or mental health crisis in replacement for therapy because it is out of my scope of practice. You can find a licensed therapist in your area or insurance network.

Each session is different. I move intuitively in response to what I believe will serve you best.
We may talk through a current situation, slow down a moment of activation, track emotions and sensations in your body, explore conflicting parts of you, practice boundaries or expression, identify recurring patterns, or experiment with a different response in real time.

I am not an overnight life coach. I have devoted the past 8 years of my life to studying what actually creates real transformation.
My background includes over a thousand hours of study in certification programs that include somatic, shamanic, and trauma informed trainings including direct one to one apprenticeship with master somatic psychotherapist Judith Johnson, who is a colleague and sponsor of Dr. Peter Levine (the founder of somatic experiencing).
While training is important, what I believe makes a practitioner most qualified is not their education, but their devotion to live and breathe the work. I have personally spent a decade being on the receiving end of my own healing, trauma excavation, and shadow integration. It’s very clear what has given me the capacity to touch the depths of transformation within others has had less to do with my education, and more to do with my own capacity to touch the deepest layers within myself. I am continuously walking in refinement and receiving reflection from my own mentors and will continue to do so.
